Services & Pricing

Florida statutory rates.

Notarial fees in Florida are capped by state law, so there's nothing to negotiate on that part. Travel is the only variable, and it's always disclosed before anything is scheduled.

How pricing works: Florida law sets a maximum fee for the notarial act itself, $10 per act in person, $25 per act for Remote Online Notarization (Fla. Stat. §117.05 and §117.275). That's a per-signature cap, not a per-visit one, so a document needing three signatures is three acts. Travel is a separate, non-notarial charge, not capped by statute, and always agreed to before the appointment is confirmed.

Signing from outside Florida? The notary has to be physically in Florida during the session, but you don't. Florida law requires a quick confirmation, verbal or written, that you want the act performed under Florida law, that takes a few seconds during the call. Signers outside the United States are welcome too, though identity verification depends on the ID provided and not every situation qualifies. If you're signing from outside the U.S., mention it when you book so we can confirm your ID will work before the session starts.
What I can't charge for: Florida law prohibits charging any fee to witness a vote-by-mail ballot. That service is always free, no exceptions.
